By Telegraph.—Press Association. » • Wellington, Last Night. Following is Rev. D. C. Bates' weather forecast:—Cloudy and showery weather is probable'on the East Coast oi the North Island, south of East Cape, and fair weather in most other parts. The barometer will probably rise everywhere over the North Island. As the cyclonic disturbance is now departing to the eastward pressure will prohaJbly increase shortly in the southern districts, but the lowest pressure of a forthcoming disturbance is due to pass on Friday, preceded fay northerly and followed by southerly .winds.
