The New Plymouth East Flying Club held an interval race from Wangam:), nine members competing . ill-. C. Annabell kidly liberated the birds. Heavy rain and a stroiig wind prevented the birds making .fast time, although the winner's performance, was a very creditable one. The following were the placid birds:—W. H. Boulton's "Royal 'Buck," 2hrs 43min, lj C. R. Wright's "Juno,' 3hrs lOmin, 2; H. J. Moverlcy's "Jlu,nila," 3hrs 37min 35sec, 2; H. licGahey's "Tonga," ;!hrs 3!Jmin 45sce. 2. The next will be a iflock race from Palmerston North on Thursday next!
