Mr. G. Tisch, Mayor of Now Plymouth, in making the presentation, referred in eulogistic terms to ' the yeoman service Mr. Mynott had rendered the Tukapa Club. Nor did nie good work terminate there. For years his name had been a household wo'rd m Taranaki and the seal had been set on his fame when he became d member of the New Zealand team which bad vijited Britain. All present had scon Mr. Mynott play and the footballers would know far better than he could describe it how good a player Mr. Mynott .vis. He must inform Mr. Mynott that his admirers included very many ladies who had taken a very active part in working ap the presenfaticn. He asked Mr. Mynott's acceptan— of a gold watch and with it the best wishes of a very large circle of friends and admirers for hi* welfare.
