A letter in the Times from its Australian correspondent tin Sydney sets forth English grievances in tire New Hebrides. The letter alleges that the British resident lias been holding aloof from settlers and traders, and is chiefly concerned to avoid doing anything that may hurt the feelings of his French colleague and mates no endeavor to secure a modification.
