Troops are hurrying to Monroe and Louisana, where serioue racial trouoloi have arisen. It seems the whites were lynching t»o negroes, whereupon one of their Kinsmen ran amiik, wounding twenty-three whites with a shot gun before the nolle* killed him. The mob seized the body and burtiei it in the public square. The negioee n the neighborhood are arming.
