CUSTOMS riiOSECI'TJOXS. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, August 2:>. At the Magistrate's Court, Charles Maurer, a barber oil the Tongarivo, was further charged with harboring' uncustomed goods, to wit, ostrich feathers, overcoats, etc., to the value of £7O. -Mr. Uiddell, S.M., said that it had not conclusively been proved that Maurer harbored the goods. The case was dismissed. A similar charge against Pine, a storeman on the Tongariro, was withdrawn. A warrant had been issued for Pine's arrest, lmt defendant had not been apprehended.
