The inquiry in connection with the railway collision that occurred at Kaia|ji»i on Saturday afternoon was held at Kaiiipoi yesterday by W. S. Ward, chief trall'ie elVrk; -I. A number of railway employees and some of the passengers on the two trains were examined the impiiry lasting all day, and the evidence taken will be forwarded to Wellington.
