Following is Rev. D. C. Bates' wea- j ther forecast: Freshening westerly winds, with changeable weather, aie probable north of New Plymouth and Napier, and northerly winds, increasing strong to gale, soon elsewhere, with hazy and unsettled weather. A storm area is approaching the South Island from the westward, and the glass will probably be very low on Monday !a the Southern districts.
