Nelson, Friday.
An unemployed man named John Judge went to the Labor Bureau yesterday and asked for work. He w*s told that none was available, whereupon he said he wanted a night's food and lodging. He had no money, and would get what he waated by breaking the glass door, so, they had better send for the polite at once. Judge then proceeded to put his fist through the door, breaking the glass. He was arrested and got his night's lodging. This morning he was fined £1 and 13s 6d, cost of the glass. He was given seven days ior payment.
