Obituary: Sir Theodore Martin. (Deceased was educated at the Hdinburgh University, and was a solicitor in Edinburgh from 1840 to 1845, when he removed to London. There lie acted as Parliamentary agent in the passim* of innate bills, etc., down to the present time. Sir Theodore was rector of St. Andrews iu 1881. He was 93 years old.) GENERAL BOOTH INDISPOSED.
