Mr. Joseph Archibald, father of Mr I. K. Archibald, of the Sydney Bulletin died last week at his residence, St Kilda. Victoria. The deceased, who was horn in 1823, was a police pensioner, and was one of the original "London fifty" winch was engaged i„ London in 185' and arrived in Victoria by the Earl Grey in May, 1853.
