The cases were adjourned until to-morrow. CBRISTCHURCU CASES. Chrstchurch, Last Night. A man named George Finlay was coinniitted for sentence, to-day"on four in- ' formations of having, between November 10 and 18, 1908, sent A. Bloxhain, Omaraina, telegrams purporting to have been signed by .Tames Clark, with intent to defraud; and was further charged with having forged the signature 0 t James Clark to two money order tele grams and to two money order receipts. John Whitford, charged with having committed bigamy on April 28, pleaded guilty. He was committed for sentence.
