IX C. ifcites' weather forecast: —Moderate to strong westerly .winds arc probable generally, with a slowly falling barometer; fair eather probable over ttie North Island and changeable weather elsewhere; rain probable on the West Goast and southern districts of th South Island. A small area of low pressure passed the s»uth about noon to-day, but a larger disturbance is due to follow, with the lowest pressure between the 13tli and 14th.
