Tile Bourse Gazette at St. Petersburg says that although the word treaty was not mentioned in the toasts to King Edward and the Czar, there is an understanding between Russia, Britain, and France which has evidently taken a deep root. KING AND CZAR LAND QUIETLY. Received 5, 9.15 p.m. London, July 6. King Edward and the Czar landed quietly and visited the Naval College at Osborne House, where King Edward banquetted the members of the Royal Yacht Squadron in honor of the Czar's' election to membership.
