Mr. Reginald .McKennu (First Lord of the Admiralty) and .Mr. Haldane (-Minister for War) were present. There was only a very general discussion. -The nava* memorandum and details were referred to n committee of experts, which meets to-morrow. The Conference adjourned till Thursday.
