OFFICER FOUND GUILTY OF drunkenness. By Telegraph.—Press Association. n ,, phristcliurch, Last Might. Hit initial Court (.Mr. Haseldcn, S>..M., Captain Scouller and Mr. W. J. a (re.i) found that all the charges of drunkenness against ISradbury, ex-chief engineer of the Storm, were proved, and recommended that the certificate Of competency, No. 780, held by him "8 second-class engineer, be suspended for tivo years from date.
