A MISUNDERSTANDING. By Telegraph.—Prefis Association. Christchnrch, Last Xigjit. iTie Press is authorised to state, in regard to the statement made by the Bon, Mr. Buddo tliat no communication whatever has been addressed bv the New Zealand Racing Conference to the Minister of the Interior asking him to approve of regulations drafted by the Conference with reference to bookmakers, that no such regulations have been drafted or submitted to the Minister.
