Justice Simpson, in delivering judgment, considered that Meagher having carried out an undertaking entered into when his application was before the Court in I'.IUO, the time had come when without any danger to the public or the profession, applicant's name could bo restored to the rolls. Tlic ground of Justice Pring'* dissent was i-.r connection with Meagher's relations with Willis as revealed by the land scandal enquiry. Received 21), 0.10 a.m. Sydney, July 28. Meagher was ordered to pay the Lavr Institute's costs in opposing his application for re-enrolment.
