-Mr. V. I'iinui, chairman of the Wa nganui Education Board, submitted lig laes showing the remarkable development of technical education in this district, and claimed that the Wanganui Board was doing more advanced and more successful work than any other Irani in the Dominion

The function was attended by several members of the Education .Board. The proceedings were most enthusiastic. Mr. I'owlds left for Wellington this mprnmg.
