Reeves, Sir Kverard iin Xhurn (ex-Governor of Fiji), Aditiid Holdswortli, Messrs, Henniker Heaton, Cathcart Wason, Misses Hall-Jones, Mid other swclcoiued Sir Joseph Ward, who is looking well. Sir Joseph Ward and party arrived in London all well. 0" arrival at Marseilles, Lady Ward was presented with a floral tribute by the citizens. At Dover, the mayor, aldermen, and a large number of people met the party. Today the mayor read an address of wel- ! come, expressing appreciation of New Zealand's action and goodwill. Replying, Sir Joseph Ward stated that New Zealand was desirous to help on all occasions in the interests of the Empire, so that the supremacy of the navy may lie established beyond all question. The mayor called for cheers, which were heartily given. On arrival at London many people were .i«cmbled, amongst t them being a great .lumber of New Zealanders, also representatives of the f British Government, Mr. Sydney Buxi, ton, and the represents : ves of New Zea land at the Press Conference. Hearty cheers were given.
