Melbourne, July 27. The House of Representatives adopted a motion, moved by Mr. Deakin (Federal Premier), seconded by Mr. Fisher (Leader of the Opposition), a.pjreciative of Sir Frederick Holder's distinguished services. The House adjourned till to-morrow out of respect for liie memory.
