I Sydney, July 24. ■Mtijoi-fieiiorfil Hbnd, Inspector-Gen-eral of Australian military forces, in a report of his tour of inspection in England, lays stress on the great improvements and methods in training in the British Army,and says: "Common-sense and practical methods are now employed generally; no ornamental work is attempted."
