(Satisfaction is expressed in England that a stop has been put to the ingenious methods practised bv (ierman, Dutch and Japanese firms," to the detriment of British linns, bv undervaluing goods, especially earthenware, it is understood that France and tiermany will he subject to the maximum tariff.
