RESULT 01' A COURT MARTIAL. By Cable—Press Association.—Copyright Received 19, 10.20 p.m. Constantinople, July 19. A court-martial at Ailana censured the local authorities. Fifteen have already been hanged; 800 (states ths court) deserve death; liiOO have been sentenced to imprisonment with hard labor for life, and 80,000 to minor sentences.
The court-martini judgment adds: "If it is decided to proceed w itli\ the punishment we will draw a cordon round the town and deal expeditiously with the offenders, but in view of the general rccontifiution, W e recommend an amnesty.
