' S\lr. Henry Hayward, who will be remembered as a .partner in West's Pictures anil the Jirescians, has purchased the Royal Albert Hull, Auckland, for £IO,OOO. It is llr. Hay ward's intention to thoroughly develop the picture business in New Zealand, and with this object in view he has secured suitable places in Cliristchurch and Dunedin, and has also arranged for his pictures to be sliown in the Taranaki and'liana- i watu districts every week, it is Mr. Haywavd's intention to send the same pictures that are shown in the cities to Xew Plymouth every week, and a term of nights has Veen secured at the Theatre Royal. The exact night of appearance is not quite settled, but it will be -early in September, and if Monday night is selected, then Mr. Hayward will produce his pictures on that' night each week. The electric outfit I will 'be on the same lines as run in the! large towns, thereby securing the best I results. Mr. Will Jameson, who has piloted several concerns, will manage the company. I
