Kir Joseph Wnrd (Premier of New Zpnland) will he entertained at luncheon by the meiiubers of the House of Commons oil the 13th, Mr. Cathcart Watson presiding. The occasion will be embraced to present Sir Joseph with the original signatures of the 400 member* of the House of Commons in connection with the telegram despatched to the New Zealand Government expressing appreciation of the Dominion offer of the iJreadnought. The Premier (Mr. Asquith) and Mr. Balfour-(Leader of the Opposition) will participate in the proceedings.
