Kmmott, chairman, refused to accept it. Finally several blocks were wiped out to end clause 5. COMPELLING A DISSOLUTION. London, July 15. The Imperial Maritime League is pro-1 inothig a widespread system for petitioning the House of Lords to reject the Finance Bill and to compel a dissolution of Parliament on the question of defence.
