Choicest New Zealand is quoted at 100s per ewt., Danish 112s, Siberian 102s. A question is to be asked in Parliament concerning the excessive moisture in New Zealand .butter. Cheese—The market is firmer. New Zealand sold at 00s, Canadian 58s. Hemp—The market is steady and holders are firm. There is little demand for New Zealand. Good fair on spot is quoted at £23 10s, fair grade on spot £22 10s, fair current Manila on t spot £23; July-August shipments, New Zealand good fair £23, fair grade £22 ss, fair current Munila £22 10s. The Manila output is 25,000 bales. Cocksfoot-'The market is very dull. Kauri giim—Tlie market is,' quiet.
