DEAF MUTE BEFORE THE I COURT. By Telegraph.—Press Association. | Palmcvston N., Monday. The hearing of the charge of murder of Thomas Jvye against tiie deaf mute •Jledley Nye, commenced at the Foxton tJourt this morning. A crowd of people assembled round the door and rus'hed the building as soon as it opened, the body of the Court being packed with spectators. Mr. A. D. Thomson presided, and Sub-Inspector O'Donovan appeared for the police and Mr. Dix for accused. Mrs. Stewart acted as interpreter to accused.
