INVITATION TO VISIT AUSTRALIA. By Cable,—Press Association.—Copyright Melbourne, July 10. Mr. Deakin, Federal Premier, on behalf of. the Federal Government, has lunrurded an invitation to Lord Kitchener to visit Australia. THE INVITATION ACCEPTED. Received 12, 1.10 a.m. Melbourne, Jnly 11. Lord Kitchener has accepted Mr. Deakin's invitation to visit Australia after attending the army manoeuvres in Japan early in November. He adds: "I will be glad of the opportunity of meeting the Australians who served under me in South Africa and helping the Commonwealth Government in any advice 1 can give."
