This debate was again adjourned. A WEARY DEBATE. Received 9, 0.5 a.m. Melbourne, July 8. The debate is dragging along in the | House of Representatives. In the Senate, the Ministerial policy has been debated for the last fortnight, the Laborites forcing the Government to keep the House by calling attention to the state of the Chamber. The Government supporters retaliated to-day by refraining to obey the call of the bell, with the result that there was a count out, ending the debate. A TASMANIAN DEFICIT. Hobart, July 7. The Premier expects the financial year to end with a deficit of ±'28,000.
