The Budget League, inspired app;tr ently by the example of the Emp re editors' great gathering, have invite! the Liberal editors of London and the provinces to a conference in London tomorrow, when the League's exeeutiu' will seek advice as to the best methods of conducting the Budget campaign and explaining Mr. Lloyd-Ci'orge's proposals throughout the country. The Premier (Mr. H. 11. As<|iiith) li-ifi invited the editors to meet him at I Downing Street after tlicir deliberations. Many mass meetings have already been arranged.
