By Tciegroph.—Press Association, Wellington, Monday. 'J lie Appeal Court sat Mr. Jintio!! Williams, Mr. Justice Denniston, ind Mr. Justice Edwards being present. There are only six cases so far, but others are expected to be set down. In Miles v. HusSey, which was decided in appellant's- favor at the. last sitting, leave was given to appeal to the Privy Council. The Court adjourned till tomorrow.
