WESTERN AUSTRALIA. Perth, July 2. The Hon. J. Price sias resigned the portfolio of Minister for Works, lie remains an honorary Minister. Tne Hon. ]•'. Wilson relinquishes the portfolio of Treasurer and Education, and takes over tile position of Minister ior Public Works. The Premier (huu. J. N. Moore) takes the Treasurership, and Mr. Manson the position p/ Minister for Education in addition to the Attor-ney-Generalship.
