A FRENCH MURDERER.
A LIFE SENTENCE, i Paris, June 25. A butler named Renard, who in February was sentenced to penal servitude for life for murdering his master, M. Rcmy, a Parisian millionaire (but whose conviction was quashed oh a technical ground), has 'been re-tried on the same charge again anil sentenced to penal servitude for life.
A valet named Courtois was alw found guilty last February for the murder of his master, and sentenced to 20 years' penal servitude. M. Rcmy was a well-known Paris stockbroker.
