NEW ZEALAND PROFESSIONALS IN QUEENISLAND. Received June 20, a p.m. Brisbane, June 19. The New Zealand professional team defeated Queensland by 40 points to 25. The visitors had the best of the first half, scoring 18 points to their opponents' 5, Queensland showed greatly improved form in the second half, but the visitors had always something in hand. Sullivan (New Zealand) sustained a broken leg. In Saturday's matches Warehousemen beat Guards by 18 points to 0, and Rovers beat Civil Service by 15 to 3.
