BALLOON ACCIDENT

TWO PERSONS KILLED. Received June 20, 5 pan. St. Petersburg, June 10. A ballooning accident occurred at St. Petersburg. When nearly a mile lrom the ground the military balloon, the Vannovsky, was ripped, owing to the accidental pulling of the emergency valD. Of the four occupants of the car, Politzaa (a Court chamberlain) was killed and his wife fatally injured. The Vannovsky, in a former accident, caused the death of four officials.
