Wheat.—The continued Continental demand for cargoes is keeping marksti steady, though the under tone is not very strong. Three cargoes of Australian sold for 44s l'/,d, 44s l)d, and 45s respectively. Australian on the spot is quoted from 47s to 47s (id. First arrived New Zealand, ex Corinthie is selling from 43s to 43s lid c.i.f.
Flour—The market is steady in London. Australian is' selling for 32s Od to 33s 6d, ex store. The Glasgow market is easier, owing to the heavy arrivals, which are olfering at 32s 6d fo 32s 9d. Oats-ia Plata June and July shipments are quoted at 17s 10'/ 2 d. DAIRY PRODUCE. Butter.—The market is quiet and unchanged. Australian unsalted is quoted at 100s. Cheese—The market is easier—New Zealand is quoted at 02 e to 635. Some of the cheese by the Corinthie was overheated and the consignees are claiming an allowance. METAL MARKETS. Copper—Spot, £58%; three months £59; electrotytic, £6O. "fin-Spot £13314; three months £131%. Iron, 48s 4d. Spelter, £2l%d. SUGAR. Sugar—German 10s ad; first marks 12s (id.
. WOOL AND SHEEPSKINS. The Bradford wool market is firm. Prices are unchanged. At the sheepskin smiles SOOO bundles were offered. There was good competition and a full attendance. Host desciptions sold in sellers' favor. Fine' medium crossbreds suitable for America advanced fully a farthing, and halfwoolcd merinos decline one-eighth of a penny.
