DRESS SMUGGLING.

£4,000,000 FRAUDS. Paris, May 1. 'A funeral service for Mr. William Baiubridge, the Special Agent of the United Stales Treasury in Paris, who is believed to have killed himself in despair at his inability to unmask a gaag of wealthy smugglers, took place here.
