Leslie Wilson, aged •>(), was charged with receiving goods, knowing them to hi* stolen. Accused iiad used some oi the butter and sugar slolen by Shepherd, and did not report, the Matter as "lie did not like J to give a pal away." The .Magistrate said it was unfortunate that Wilson was in such a position. He could not be altogether acquitted, however, and would be lined 40s. Representations will be made to the Department regarding Wilson's case.
