Millar, ill addition to his preseat departments, will be, ActingMinister of Finance, and will also hold the portfolio of Labor, as well as having the administration of the government printing oll'iee. The lion. (l-corgr Kowhls takes the portfolio of the .Minister of Customs, ami will be Acting-Minister of Defence. The ll.iii. Dr. l'indlay will be Aeting-Postniaster-Cieueral and' Minister of Telegraphs. The lion. 13. liuddo will be ActingMinister of Lands, and will also administer the l.ands for Settlement Act. .'i'lie Hon. It. McKenzie. will he Mi'.n; ter in chiirge of roads and bridges.
