A SUDDEN DEATH. J By Telegraph—Press Association. Auckland, Last Night. William Svmomis. who .has been captain of the' ketch Tukua for the last three years, dropped dead on the deck of .his vessel to-day at Auckland. He had complained recently of pains in his head and of sudden attacks of sickness, but had not been seen by a medical man. YOUNG iMAN LOSES A HAND. AVellingtoii. Last Night. George Brown, while working a papercutter at the factory of C. M. Banks and Co., Ltd., to-day. got an arm under n heavy knife and had his hand'cut oil above the wrist. He was taken to the hospital. Blown is 20 years of age.
