At the Police Court this morning a young man named Jiertic Lyons alias ilenry Davis was brought up on four charges of theft in a buariling-housc at Elthani, and sentenced to three months* imprisonment on each charge, terms to lie cumulative. Accused, who mis arrested in Waiiganui, luu! three previous convictions for similar oU'eiiecs, and lie Is now wanted at Hamilton, where he will he lirought ii)> lo answer charges of forgery and theft.
