It is stated in Ottawa that should the contributors to the I'.acific cable deeidc in favor hi" an Atlantic cable as part of the All-Red route, the Cnnndian-Pacitio Railway Company are willing to permit the use of its rights-of-way fmm Halifax to Vancouver for a special wire for handling this business.
