LORD CURZOX'S VIEWS. London, .lime 10. Lord Curzon, ex-Viceroy of India, in a speech at the Colonial Institute, declared that any concession to Indian, aspirations must be qualified by a consideration that no breach could he allowed in the citadel of sovereignty. He warned his countrymen that we had not heard the last of the party Mining at our expulsion, and that its methods could nat be met wi'th unswerving repression.
