THE'BERLIN CONFERENCE. Received June 7, 10,4,"> p.m. London, June 7. The miners' congress ut Berlin resolved that whenever there is a general strike of miners the neighbouring countries should slop work lor a time. It was also resolved toy demand il fortnight's annual holiday.
