"liuddo" includes many smaller disturbances that might burst at any moment and produce miniature tornadoes. The main feature would be heavy westerly, southerly, and south-easterly weather, with' rain and snow in tinsouth, Minor shipping could not he too careful. Ureal rolling seas would sweep round the Bluff and all'ect the east coast, even to a comparatively low latitude.
