The steamer Woollen, which wan picked up iu Cook's Strait on Wednesday night by the steamer Blenheim, ucing in a disabled, condition, and had to be let go some 18 miles south of Pciicarrow Head at 7 o'clock yesterday morning in a heavy north-westerly gale, was signalled at Lytlelton this aitcrnoon. Two steamers, the Holmdnle from tiisbornc and the H'ootton, were reported, and it was at lirst thought that ihv Uoliudale had the Woolton in tow. At 3.31) p.m., however, the signalman at the lighthouse saw that Uie U outton Was auout a mile and a half from llic heads, and was coming along on her own engines, the Holmdale being about a mile astern of tile Woolton.
