Included in the programme will be a series of pictures illustrating the "Danish margarine industry," showing the manufacture of "poor man's butter," and handsome prizes will be given for the best essay written by scholars on this subject. Conditions as under: 1.-—For scholars of any school under the age of 11 years, boy or girl.
