PERSIAN UNREST.
NATIONALIST LEADERS TAKING REFUGE. Teheran, June 1. Russians alleged that t/ie usurpation of civil authority at lazriz led to Sata Kgan, liegir Khan, and other nationalist leaders taking refuge at the Turkisn Consulate. They were refused admission at the British Consulate.
